Hello, I’m Niki, I finished my high school in Hong Kong and came to Australia in 2006. I have been working at RSA for more than 10 yrs. I love working in the customer services field because it allows me to meet with different people and I feel great satisfaction when I can help others. 

​

Outside of work, I enjoy sightseeing, and spending time with family and friends. 

 

Niki is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Ninarah Bityou

Hello! My name is Ninarah, I joined Rehab Solutions as a junior receptionist in 2017 and have loved every second of my job since. Working here means I get to meet all different types of people from different walks of life and hear their amazing stories! Prior to Rehab Solutions, I had graduated from Mary Mackillop Catholic College in Wakeley and from there went on to study a few different trades. When I'm not busy at work or with family, I love to go the beach and watch the sunset while listening to music.  

 

Ninarah is fluent in English and Assyrian.

Lydia Goria

I’m Lydia and I’ve been a receptionist at Rehab Solutions for just under 2 years. Graduating from Clancy Catholic College High School in 2019, I didn’t have a clear idea in what I wanted to pursue in my career. Taking on this role has made me understand and develop the passion to work with individuals with disability or seeking pain management. Qualities of compassion, patience and care are highlighted each day through the staff, patients and practioners at Rehab Solutions and am very blessed to be a part of the team. 

 

Lydia is fluent in English, Arabic and Assyrian.
