NDIS
What is the NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme or NDIS is a new government program designed to support those living in Australia with a disability. The scheme rolled out in the Fairfield area on the 1st of July 2016 and allows those with people living with a disability to access supports and services according to their needs and goals.

To be eligible, you must:

Be an Australian Resident

Be under the age of 65
-
Live in an area where the NDIS is available

Currently require support from a person or equipment to do every day things due to an impairment or condition that is likely to be permanent, OR
-
Need some supports now to reduce your support needs in the future.
